Go to Sharepoint "Central Administration" then to the "General application" and then "Add a Report server to the integration". You might be asked the username and password at some point.
Create report
It is possible to create report using visual studio, or report builder. You can download the report builder 3.0 from this link Report Builder 3.0
Deploy the report
When reporting services is running in sharpeoint integration mode, report will resides on sharepoint. So you can deploy .rdl files directly to the sharepoint.
Go to the "Customized Report" document library in the sharepoint, and the upload one or more .rdl files direclty to the sharepoint. Uploading a single file using browse file was not working properly in the beta version of sharepoint, so try to use multiple files upload feature (you can add your files using drag and drop feature) even if you have to upload just one file.
Enable Report server integration feature in site level
Go to site settings, site collection administration, site collection feature, reporting services integration feature then activate it.
Show report in a page (without using performance point)
Ccreate a web part page, then add a "SQL Server reporting services report" web part to the page. You can find this web part in "Miscellenous" category.
